Center for Intimate Relationships, LLC is a boutique group psychotherapy practice located in Haddonfield, New Jersey. We strive to help individuals and couples reach their highest relationship potential.

What We’re Seeking

We seek a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to join our team! Current available position is full-time. Twenty-three sessions per week are required to maintain full-time status.

This is a W2 position, not a 1099 contractor position. Compensation is competitive.

Clinicians are expected to build and maintain their schedules. Clinician can choose a 4 or 5 day work schedule. Options include seeing clients Monday – Thursday (4 late/afternoon evenings required) or Monday through Friday (3 late afternoon/evenings required). Last evening appointments are taken at 7 pm.

COVID-19 Considerations

We are currently operating in a hybrid in-person and tele-health environment.  Clinicians and clients who engage in in-person sessions must have proof of full vaccination status.

Our Requirements Include:

  • Ph.D. or Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology or Counseling
  • Must have full clinical licensure to practice in the state of New Jersey
  • Minimum of two years clinical experience working with individuals, couples and groups
  • Must have experience in sex therapy or strong desire to learn; must demonstrate comfort in discussing sex and sex-related topics
  • Must demonstrate compassion and empathy and maintain healthy boundaries with clients
  • Certification or Specialization in a specific niche such as IFS, EMDR, EFT, Men’s Health, LGBTQ, Discernment or other is a plus
  • Computer literate, able to use online records management system
  • Comfort meeting clients over the phone, in-person or through video
  • Timely maintenance of all client records
  • Strong writing skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Liability insurance
