July 2020

Let’s honor our bravery.

We Are Brave ♡

Growing up, few of us were taught that deep, passionate, love requires bravery.

The kind of bravery that causes us to wrestle with our fears, needs, wants, and desires.

If you are reading this, you are being brave.

Brave enough to do the work.

Brave enough to want more for your relationship.

Brave enough to risk.

You are brave.

This month we are celebrating our bravery. WE ARE BRAVE.

Your Love is Worth It. ♥︎

Between the Sheets — Penis Pleasure

This audio rates 🌶🌶🌶🌶 and is 11 minutes long.

Occasionally we focus on a specific body part to indulge in. In February 2020, we focused on Pleasure for Her. You can listen to that here.

This month we are focusing on the penis. Even if your partner doesn’t have a penis, listen in because you never know what the energy of the audio can spark in you. 💫

I’m covering a quick anatomy breakdown + some tips and pleasure techniques that will definitely create more fun between the sheets!

** Put in the earbuds for this audio. This content is adult-focused. **

Inspired Action — Why It’s Hard for Men to be Vulnerable

🎧 This audio is about 12 minutes.

Almost all of our cultural inferences about men cater to the message that “men are supposed to be tough”.

These messages start as young as 3 years old and engrain the mantra that “boys/men don’t cry”.

Emotional suppression at such a young age grooms boys to become men who disconnect from their own emotional world.

When we, male, female, genderfluid or non-binary, are disconnected from our emotions, it impacts relational communication and intimacy.

In this audio, I’m sharing a relationship builder that may help bridge the divide between feelings and emotions.

🎧Tune in, and better yet, tune in with your partner. You’ll be so glad you did.

The Pulse — Summer Cocktails & Mocktails

🎵 “Summertime and the livin’ is easy…”

This month’s Pulse is dedicated to refreshment and fun. Whether you’re kickin’ it with your friends and family (socially distancing of course 🙂 ) or hanging at home, these beverages are certain to be refreshing and fun.

You’ll want to check out 2 cocktails that have both alcoholic and non-alcoholic variations.

🍉 Sparkling Watermelon Cocktail – has the mocktail version in the recipe
🍓 Sparkling Strawberry Rosé Cocktail –to make this a mocktail, just eliminate the alcohol and replace the Rosé with sparkling water or sparkling cider.
