Mindfulness Training
Mindfulness Training is for anyone who wants to feel healthier in how they think and feel, but may not necessarily want therapy. How often do you find yourself wishing you could:
- Stop thinking all of the time?
- Respond more calmly to life’s hard moments?
- Be more present with your loved ones?
- Manage stress better?
- Feel more connected to the world around you?
My training program is an individualized 8-week program inspired by the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn, founder of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program.
Through coaching, you can learn how to be more present, find clarity through deeper awareness, decrease judgment, accept hard circumstances, practice compassion and find balance in turbulent times.Through discussion, hands-on practice and home exercises, you will learn how to integrate mindfulness principles into your everyday life.
Mindfulness is more than self-care, it’s soul-care.

Awareness From the Inside Out
Strengthen the skill of awareness by learning how to more fully experience life in the present moment. Understand your internal and external reactions to different life circumstances by paying fuller attention to your mind-body connection.

Automaticity
Understand the ways your habitual patterns can show up in your thoughts and behaviors so that you can shift away from automatic patterns toward purposeful, conscious choices with your body, mind, relationships and life.

Exploration of Stress, Anxiety and Reactivity
Understand how the neuro-system reacts to stress, anxiety and unpleasant life experiences. Practice exercises that help you regulate your stress and anxiety responses so that you can feel more calm, grounded and balanced.

Judgment
Learn how judgment and criticism can sabotage progress and growth, personally and relationally. Recognize how judgment shows up in the mind and ways to disempower your inner critic.

Acceptance and Compassion
Understand what it means to practice acceptance in difficult circumstances so that you can regulate your emotions from a place of openness and curiosity. Learn practices that open the heart to compassion and kindness, for yourself and for others.

Mindful Communication
Learn how to practice nonviolent communication through exercises that focus on mindful speech and mindful listening. These exercises will help you make deep connections with others while also learning to treat yourself with kindness.

Goal Setting and The Ego Mind
Understand the role of attachment as it relates to expectations and goals. Learn how to keep the ego in check so that you can find value in your journey regardless of the outcome. By practicing psychological flexibility, you learn how to reduce suffering.

Integrating Mindfulness Practice into Everyday Life
Understand what a mindful lifestyle looks like in modern-day life; gain additional resources and tools to help you continue to integrate the practices into your daily life.
Program Completion
Upon completion of the program, you will have the option to continue short-term coaching sessions to help support the integration of your mindfulness practice.
Cost
Paid in full = $1100 ($100 discount)
Paid in 2 installments = $600 per payment, billed at 1st session and again after 4th session
45 min Post-Graduate Coaching Sessions = $135 per session (upon request)
